Bid farewell to your beloved pets in the comfort of their own home with compassionate and professional euthanasia services.
At-Home Euthanasia – $430 – base price*
Includes house call within Salt Lake County, sedation, euthanasia; a lock of fur and ink paw print keepsake. Does not include aftercare/cremation.
*Travel outside of Salt Lake County: $2.50/mile – based on one-way mileage from 10670 S 1000 E, Sandy, UT 84094
*After-hours: (after 5 pm M-F or anytime on Saturday/Sunday) $80
*Please contact to discuss costs for pets over 99 lbs, or dogs that need additional sedation medication prior to handling.
Private Cremation – $360
- Your pet is cremated privately
- Includes the choice of a standard urn or velvet bag (pictured below)
- Engraving available (with most urns) for $20
- Urn can be picked up from Lasting Paws (Sandy, UT) or securely shipped to your home via USPS (contact for pricing)
- A wide selection of metal urns, photo urns, keepsake urns, and outdoor urns are available for special order. See options here. Prices as marked.
Communal Cremation – $190
Your pet is gently cremated with other pets, and ashes are scattered on a nearby private property.

Ceramic Paw Print - $106
Beautifully hand-made by Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services. Available in a variety of colors. 
Digital Ink Paw Print - included
Paw Print Plaque - $152
A mold is taken from your pet’s paw. Painted bronze or silver and mounted on your choice of Black, Walnut, or Oak plaque. Each plaque brandishes an elegant nameplate, and a 3 1/2″ x 5″ photo holder.
Lock of fur keepsake - included
